Despite the early pace being set by Bestie and Ronaldo in a classic confrontation between past and present, one man known for his bouncebackability has come from behind to top the poll…David Beckham.
Becks scrored 40% of the votes – in front of Ronaldo (36%), Best (16%) and Cantona (8%).
We have to admit we’re surprised that Goldenballs has taken the title – perhaps his US fan club got wind of the vote or maybe Posh has been spending her time clicking away at the computer.
